Local Regional Plan and Attachments

The St. Louis County Workforce Development Board (STLCOWDB) announces that its Program Year (PY) 2024–2027 Local Plan is being modified in accordance with Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) regulations. STLCOWDB is seeking public comment on the proposed modifications and invites stakeholders and community members to provide input as of May 13, 2026 and prior to May 31, 2026. Comments should be submitted to Kelley Lingle at klingle@fwca-stl.com. All public comments received will be reviewed and considered before final approval of the Local Plan.
